#1. Multi-author blog
If you run a blog or a news site, you may have multiple authors (permanent or guest) contributing to your site. Therefore, you may want to restrict certain user roles (such as authors) from performing certain actions related to organizing items in folders.
For example, an administrator might not want third parties to be able to set up their own folders, so they can give Author role users “View Only” permissions, allowing crm pipeline here too data on leads and statuses is received a them to view the folder and its contents, but not delete the folder or create news in one of them. This can be useful if you want to ensure that non-admin users can’t modify anything.
Additionally, you can benefit from the existing “user restrictions” feature for folders so that individual users can only access their own folders in order to – for example – upload new media to that folder or manage and work with existing folder media. You can also do the same for posts created or managed by authors.
#2. Universities and other educational institutions
In our experience, educational institutions often use folder plugins to manage multiple components of their website and organize them for differen user groups, from faculty articles or course materials to student records and other sensitive information.
For example, an instructor may have created different folders for course content but want to hide them from students who have not yet reached that level in the course. They can select that specific malaysia dat user (without affecting other users with the same role) and set them to the “No Access” settings option.
Senior teachers may have access to View and Edit folders to prepare relevant grouped files for students.
#3. Any type of business that wants to limit employee or customer access
Regardless of the nature of your business, you may wish. To impose stricter access controls on your employees to your website, including folder settings.
