HubSpot is an Inbound Marketing

Software that offers a complete service through its different “Hubs”: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Its free CRM is includ in each of them and its latest release has been CMS Hub for content management.

The founders of HubSpot are also the creators of the concept of “Inbound Marketing” , which is why they are the main experts in this field. Each tool, feature or update of the platform is aim at improving Inbound Marketing in every sense, from web and blog hosting, to nurturing strategy, lead scoring and automation.

Pardot is a marketing software that has been part of Salesforce since 2013. Like HubSpot with its Hubs, Salesforce offers “clouds” for Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Community Clouds. This platform is more focus architect database on B2B. Although it also offers B2C through its Marketing Cloud.
If you’re using Salesforce, Pardot is a good choice as the CRM will be familiar to you. However, it’s more difficult to use than HubSpot. As you ne a high level of HTML/CSS knowlge to create landing pages, forms, and email templates.

Pardot has AI for lead scoring using its Einstein Behavior tool, which can score all the activities a prospect has complet over the past year, even scoring contacts that aren’t sync with Salesforce.
